Framezyro provides AI-generated prompts. You agree to use the platform legally and responsibly.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The prompts you create
• How you use generated outputs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Framezyro generates prompts using AI systems. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs.

Use results at your own discretion.

4. Account Usage

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

5. Credits System

• Credits are required to use certain features
• Credits are deducted based on usage
• Credits reset monthly based on your subscription plan

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Pricing may change at any time

7. Refund Policy

Users may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Refunds are not issued if all credits have been used, or if 50% or more of the purchased credits have been consumed.

Purchased credits cannot be transferred or exchanged. Full details are available on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Framezyro is not responsible for:

• Any loss resulting from use of the platform
• Any decisions made using generated prompts

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.
