Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Framezyro offers a limited refund window under the following conditions:

Users are eligible to request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

However, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If all credits have been used
  • If 50% or more of the purchased credits have been used

If less than 50% of the credits have been used, and the request is made within the valid timeframe, the refund may be approved upon review.

Purchased credits are intended for use within the platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged.


2. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle

3. Technical Issues

If the platform is unable to generate prompts due to technical issues, users may contact support:
